Methods for selecting employees that have an aptitude for the job:
Talent (or aptitude) is a recurring pattern of thought, feeling, or behavior.
Talent cannot be taught.
The key to excellent performance (engagement) is finding the match between an individual’s talents (aptitudes) and their role in the organization.
