The Cullman SHRM will host a seminar on Agile HR How-To on Wednesday, July 11th at the Cullman Chamber of Commerce at noon. Lunch is provided.

Change has become constant and rapid in the modern business environment, which is a key reason that the Agile framework has become so important to the practice of HR – especially a strategic approach to HR. Companies must be able to adapt quickly in the VUCA business environment, necessitating an agile HR approach. Agile is a team-focused approach that emphasizes adaptability, involving stakeholders, collaborating for solutions that meet organizational and customer needs while also being responsive to change in real time. Today, successful HR practitioners must be agile, acting strategically and quickly to deliver results while also empowering others to do the same. Attend this informative program and learn how to develop an agile mindset and apply the agile framework to HR strategies.
