The monthly CSHRM meeting will be held on March 13th from 12:00 - 1:00pm at the WSCC Workforce Training Center (2424 Industrial Dr. SW, Cullman, AL 35055). As a reminder, this building is located on the campus of Rehau.

The Cullman area Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM) is hosting a Chapter 'interest' meeting on Wednesday, January 10th at the Cullman Economic Development Agency. Lunch is provided (sponsored by America's First Federal Credit Union). 

The Cullman Area SHRM is excited to host Matthew Stiles for our October meeting. Matt is a Shareholder with Maynard, Cooper Gale focusing on Labor, Employment & Benefits law.  During the meeting we will discuss recent transformative changes to the labor economy, how that translates into employment risk management concerns for employers (and HR specifically), and recent legislative and agency action affecting employers and employee benefits.  You do not want to miss this meeting! 

CSHRM meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Pam Werstler (SPHR /SHRM-SCP), President of Acorn to Oak Consulting, will be the speaker. The topic is: Dealing with Discord, Dispute and Dissention: Mediation in the  Workplace.

The Cullman Area SHRM will host the Christmas Wrap Up event on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Cullman Chamber of Commerce. Lunch will be provided. 

Come join us as we wrap up the year by wrapping all donated gifts for a family in need. Bring your selected items and we will provide the gift wrap, boxes, bows, scissors and tape!

The Good Samaritan Health Clinic will host the Cullman SHRM for a tour of their facility and an informative presentation on Wednesday, February 13th from 12-1 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

A sexual harassment seminar will be held on Wednesday, January 10th from 12-1 p.m. at Terri Pines Country Club. Lunch is provided. 

Tae Phillips with Ogletree Deakins will be presenting information on the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace. Tae will discuss the current spotlight on sexual harassment and how to handle situations that may arise at your workplace because of it. 

Receive 1 PDC for attending this seminar. 

Members are encouraged to bring a guest to the seminar. 

Our meeting will be on November 8, 2017 at the Cullman Chamber of Commerce from 12:00pm-1:00pm.Lunch will be provided.

November will be a Board Meeting to elect new officers for 2018-2019. Please dont miss this important meeting.
